| The 5.015MWh Liquid-cooling BESS is based on a fully integrated containerized architecture comprising Lithium Iron Phosphate battery modules, a high-voltage box, a Battery Management System, a Liquid Cooling system, a DC Combiner Distribution Cabinet, a fire protection system, dehumidification, lighting, and auxiliary distribution systems. Depending on the project’s temperature conditions, an air-conditioning system may also be incorporated. The equipment layout within the container is designed according to the system’s energy and capacity configuration, ensuring efficient use of the available space and facilitating installation, maintenance, and repair operations. The three-level BMS provides continuous monitoring of cell voltages and temperatures. The BMU collects and transmits data, the BCM evaluates battery information and calculates the SOC, while the ESMU centrally manages the operation of the BCMs. CAN, LAN, RS485, and USB communication interfaces are supported. Fire protection is implemented at both container and battery pack levels. The water spray system serves as the final layer of protection, enhancing continuous cooling capabilities and helping contain thermal events. |
